Our story
Our Journey and Mission
With a background in mechanical engineering, I began my career in the mechanical design industry. Driven by curiosity and a desire to explore new fields, I took the bold step of moving into IT. During those early days, I was introduced to the Japanese language and culture by colleagues, and what started as casual interest soon became a deep passion.
My first professional assignment in Japan was challenging, but the support I received from my Japanese manager — along with the warmth of Japanese hospitality and culture — left a lasting impression. From that moment, I resolved to bring the spirit of Japanese quality, discipline, and serviceability into my work and to build bridges between India and Japan.
Over the years, I spent several years stationed in Japan, gaining valuable insights into its industries and culture. Later, through my consulting practice, I collaborated with giant Japanese brands in bullet train parts development and contributed to critical projects in industrial manufacturing. I also worked onsite with leading Japanese IT service providers, which gave me a strong foundation in both technology and Japanese corporate practices.
