COMMON QUESTIONS
Contact and engagement FAQ
Every enquiry is reviewed by our team. The answers here cover response times, what to include in your message, the Japan–India time difference, confidentiality and code ownership, languages, and Japan-market support.
Send an enquiryHow quickly does AGCL respond to an enquiry?
We respond within 24 hours, often sooner for Japan-based clients during JST business hours. A member of our team will follow up by email or phone with next steps.
What should I include in the form?
Your name, email, company, phone number, and a short message are enough for us to reply. Optional project details — area of interest, goals, and timeline — help us prepare a more useful first reply and route you to the right team faster.
Go to the enquiry formHow do you handle the time difference between Japan and India?
Japan is three and a half hours ahead of India, and we keep a fixed overlap of three to four hours every day for meetings and questions. Bilingual project managers handle communication so that you receive replies and updates within Japanese business hours, and decisions are documented in writing so work never stalls waiting for an answer.
Do you sign NDAs, and who owns the code?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before any discussion involving confidential information. All code and intellectual property created for you belongs to you once the final payment is made, with no licensing conditions attached.
Which languages do you work in?
Japanese and English, from consulting through day-to-day coordination — including contracts, technical documentation, and on-site communication where needed.
Can you support Japan-market hiring and training?
Yes. Recruitment covers SSW and IT roles, and training covers Japanese language plus technical skills aligned to employer demand — from candidate shortlisting through onboarding support.
