Where should we start if we are not sure?
A short discovery conversation is enough to map the problem to a service line. If the need is AI-specific, we route you into AI Solutions after the same first call.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope, but as a guide: a focused AI or automation module takes 4–6 weeks, a first version of a new web platform or system 10–16 weeks, and larger portals with several integrations 3–6 months. We work in two-week sprints with a demo at each milestone, so you always know where the project stands.
Do you offer fixed-price or time-and-materials contracts?
Both. For well-defined projects with clear requirements, we prefer a fixed scope and fixed price, which gives you cost certainty. For evolving products and long-term support, we work on a time-and-materials basis with a monthly cap. Any change in scope is agreed with you before work starts, and we never bill for work you have not approved.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with ERP systems such as SAP, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, legacy in-house systems and custom databases, and adapt to the technology you already run. If part of your current setup creates a serious performance or security risk, we will tell you directly and explain the options.
What happens after launch?
We stay involved. Maintenance and support plans cover dependency and security updates, infrastructure monitoring and fast response to incidents, followed by continuous improvement based on how the system is actually used. We aim to be a long-term technical partner, not a one-off vendor.
Which languages do you work in?
Japanese and English, from consulting through day-to-day coordination — including contracts, technical documentation, and on-site communication where needed.
Can you support Japan-market hiring and training?
Yes. Recruitment covers SSW and IT roles, and training covers Japanese language plus technical skills aligned to employer demand — from candidate shortlisting through onboarding support.
